In the exciting game of lacrosse, there are different champions in different divisions. There are AA Champions, A Champions, and winners of the Idaho High School Lacrosse League (IHSLL). These teams work hard and show great teamwork to win their titles. They inspire others with their amazing skills and determination.

AA Championship
Bishop Kelly Knights Triumph Over Boise in Thrilling AA Championship.
The highly anticipated lacrosse showdown between the Bishop Kelly Knights and Boise Broncos promised to be an intense battle, and it did not disappoint. Both teams had showcased strong performances throughout the season, setting the stage for a memorable clash.
What a game it was! The Bishop Kelly Knights edged out Boise with a nail-biting 9-8 victory in a home conference tournament game. Held on Saturday in Boise, ID, the closely contested match highlighted the Knights' resilience and strategic prowess. With unstoppable players like Junior Spencer Kreipl leading the Boise attack, the Knights had to dig deep to secure the win.

Meridian Warriors Clinch Thrilling Victory Over Emmett Huskies in State Championship Lacrosse Showdown
In a riveting clash for the State Championship title, the Meridian Warriors and the Emmett Huskies collided on the lacrosse field, delivering a spectacle filled with intensity, skill, and unwavering determination.
From the onset, it was evident that both teams hungered for victory. The Meridian Warriors wasted no time asserting their dominance, notching two quick goals in the first quarter. Yet, the Emmett Huskies, undeterred, launched a spirited comeback in the second quarter, rallying with three goals of their own, setting the stage for an enthralling encounter.
As the game unfolded, the Warriors showcased their offensive prowess, responding to every challenge from the Huskies with precision and finesse. Led by standout players Trace Horrocks and Brennan Coday, the Warriors surged ahead in the third quarter, securing an impressive four goals and establishing a commanding lead.
However, the Huskies refused to yield. Fueled by determination and fueled by pride, they mounted a ferocious assault in the final quarter, refusing to relent until the last whistle. Meanwhile, the Huskies displayed resilience and tenacity throughout, with Hunter Duran leading the charge with four goals of his own. Despite falling short, the Huskies left everything on the field, earning admiration from fans and opponents alike.

Having shared the regular season SWILA league championship with Meridian and Centennial, the Huskies faced off against both teams in the postseason. In a semifinal showdown with Centennial at Emmett on Wednesday, the Huskies surged in the second half, securing a dominant 13-5 victory. Led by Sammie Howe's impressive six goals, Emmett showcased their strength and skill.
In the State Championship clash against Meridian, Emmett fought tooth and nail, trading blows with their opponents. Despite briefly taking the lead in the second half, Meridian's strategic play and well-timed goals enabled them to clinch victory. Notably, Ezra Andelin led Emmett's scoring with three goals, supported by Howe and Jason Brinkerhoff.
While the loss marked the end of Emmett's season, it also highlighted their resilience and determination. With a commendable 8-5 record, Emmett's lacrosse team proved their mettle.
