Bishop Kelly Knights Triumph Over Boise in Thrilling AA Championship.
The highly anticipated lacrosse showdown between the Bishop Kelly Knights and Boise Broncos promised to be an intense battle, and it did not disappoint. Both teams had showcased strong performances throughout the season, setting the stage for a memorable clash.
What a game it was! The Bishop Kelly Knights edged out Boise with a nail-biting 9-8 victory in a home conference tournament game. Held on Saturday in Boise, ID, the closely contested match highlighted the Knights' resilience and strategic prowess. With unstoppable players like Junior Spencer Kreipl leading the Boise attack, the Knights had to dig deep to secure the win.

In a riveting clash for the State Championship title, the Meridian Warriors and the Emmett Huskies collided on the lacrosse field, delivering a spectacle filled with intensity, skill, and unwavering determination.
From the onset, it was evident that both teams hungered for victory. The Meridian Warriors wasted no time asserting their dominance, notching two quick goals in the first quarter. Yet, the Emmett Huskies, undeterred, launched a spirited comeback in the second quarter, rallying with three goals of their own, setting the stage for an enthralling encounter.
As the game unfolded, the Warriors showcased their offensive prowess, responding to every challenge from the Huskies with precision and finesse. Led by standout players Trace Horrocks and Brennan Coday, the Warriors surged ahead in the third quarter, securing an impressive four goals and establishing a commanding lead.

In a semifinal showdown with Centennial at Emmett on Wednesday, the Huskies surged in the second half, securing a dominant 13-5 victory. Led by Sammie Howe's impressive six goals, Emmett showcased their strength and skill.
In the State Championship clash against Meridian, Emmett fought tooth and nail, trading blows with their opponents. Despite briefly taking the lead in the second half, Meridian's strategic play and well-timed goals enabled them to clinch victory. Notably, Ezra Andelin led Emmett's scoring with three goals, supported by Howe and Jason Brinkerhoff.
